The API
The API and its database answered at . The newest change to any list landed .
Lists With Problems
Retrying lists refused or failed their last reads, so Mizan waits an hour, then two, then four, up to a week, before it tries again. Eight failures in a row stop a list, or four when its site is gone. Stopped lists are no longer read and keep the bans from their last read.

Lists Reading Normally
A complete read is one that read the whole list. Until a list's first finishes, this says when it is due, at the list's own hour of the day, or which page a long list read in slices has reached. A read that stops short doesn't count, and says so. A read that found nothing new leaves no time behind, so a quiet list can show an old last change while it is read every hour.
