Disputing a Ban
A ban from a community's list is that community's to lift, so appeal to it first. Disputing a ban explains how. Contact us when Mizan's copy is wrong: the list lifted the ban and Mizan still shows it in force after the list's next full read (two days for most lists, a week for one read weekly), Mizan shows something the list doesn't, or a ban is on the wrong account. Email contact@mizan.ac with:
- the account: its SteamID, profile link or its id on another platform
- which ban, and the list it's on
- a link to the ban on the community's own list
We may ask you to prove the account is yours. For a detection by Mizan's own anti-cheat, open a ticket on Justified's Discord instead.
Privacy Requests
You can ask for a copy of what Mizan holds about you, ask us to correct, restrict or delete it, or object to us publishing your record. Email contact@mizan.ac with:
- the account the request is about
- what you're asking us to do
We'll ask you to prove the account is yours, then answer within one month. The privacy policy explains your rights.
Security Reports
Found a security problem in mizan.ac, api.mizan.ac or the anti-cheat? Email contact@mizan.ac with:
- what you found, and the address or part of Mizan it's in
- the steps that show it
- what someone could do with it
Mizan's security.txt lists the same contact for tools that look for it.
