Communities

Each list is a community's own public ban page, usually a SourceBans site, or a list its owner published for others to read. Mizan reads it and adds each ban to the record of the player it names, under the community's name.

Each community decides its own bans. Mizan doesn't review them, and it doesn't change what a list says. When a community lifts or removes a ban, Mizan marks it as ended the next time it reads the list.

Mizan reads a site at most once every 2.5 seconds, names itself in every request, and follows the site's robots.txt unless its owner gave permission. Reading means the list is read on schedule. Retrying means its last reads failed or were refused, so Mizan tries it less often. Stopped means Mizan no longer reads it, and its bans stay as they were last read.
