| 3.15, 3.20 - Player kept ramming someone's car in Bazaar for no reason when a report was opened with them they left the server | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Ended 22 Oct 2025 | |
| 2.5, 3.20 - user shot someone for no reason, he then attempted to escape from monorail and just before he was shot he dc'ed | Garry's Mod | 30 days | Ended 10 Oct 2023 | |

Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
