    3.4 - The user entered an active crime scene where police were present and investigating, picked up a firearm that was evidence and attempted to flee the scene. Police witnessed this and gave chase, gun pointed the user to which they failed to cooperate and died as a result of their actions. This is the third disciplinary action issued to the user within a 24-hour period.
