Once the occupant - who was not not known to be armed and had no visible weaponry - was in the middle of refuelling the car, the user then sniped him from behind a tree where the occupant had not been threatened nor given any orders to comply under gunpoint. This was also way too far from the property to be considered a valid initiation tactic.
