A police officer shot their friend before they arrived; the user failed to investigate to see if their friend was alive or not. | 2.5 - In the same situation player ran over multiple people while running away with a vehicle that they carjacked which could have easily been dodged. Later on they shot a police officer who was trying to arrest them for the carjacking. | Garry's Mod | 14 days | Ended 20 Jul 2026 | |

| 1.6, 2.5. The player killed another player in the forest for seemingly no reason, while trying to get the reason he claimed many different reasons in a timespan of 15 minutes. Not answering honestly. | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Lifted 8 Nov 2024 | |
| Metagaming3.4 - user fled from a parking ticket at city hall, once found and stopped ran from hospital to DD and shot at the officer under underpass to protect his drugs resulting in his death // Failing to report Metagaming | Garry's Mod | 180 days | Ended 8 Oct 2024 | |

| 3.4 - User KOS cops when they suspected their friends to be dead without investigate the situation. | Garry's Mod | 4 days | Ended 5 Mar 2024 | |
| 4.1 - The officer was negligent in their duties, disregarding several 911 reports and life alerts to patrol with the mayor and SS. Their negligence also led the mayor and SS into the bank robbery, which resulted in their deaths. | Garry's Mod | 2 days | Ended 24 Feb 2024 | |
| 3.20 - DC'd minutes after raiding several properties. | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Ended 15 Feb 2024 | |
| 3.4 - User decided to approach me after receiving warning shots at his vehicle due to consistently following us around with a valid reason of initiation towards us. After this, he was gunpointed out of the car so it could be stolen which would also delay his retaliation. During this process, a shootout engaged involving police and he thought that because one of us was focused on the police, he would have a chance of jumping in his car and escaping while it was being crowbarred. Absolutely awful record for 3.4. | Garry's Mod | 150 days | Lifted 5 Apr 2024 | |
| Ban evasion3.4, 1.6 - User threw a bottle at an armed individual who had their weapon out for absolutely no justifiable reasoning, and this led to them being killed. When questioned about the incident, he said that he was essentially "protecting" an old friend of his, who had absolutely no clue who he was. After realizing that he was going to get caught in a lie, he began switching up his story saying that he aimed the bottle at the wrong guy, although there was no one else involved who throwing a bottle at would make sense. Absolutely abhorrent record for 3.4 and fails to learn, and tried to deceive me when questioned about the report - These influenced the longer length in ban. // Extended 3 --> 4mo for multiple attempts at ban evasion. | Garry's Mod | 120 days | Ended 13 Oct 2023 | |
| 3.4 - Broke a friend out of cuffs for no real reason other than to help them because they were friends. This risked his freedom from imprisonment for a minor charge on his friend for failure to comply and he failed to partake in any sort of due diligence to make sure his actions had some sort of benefit worth risking his freedom for. | Garry's Mod | 14 days | Ended 11 Jun 2023 | |
| 3.4 - User initiated a mugging on a player right next to a Fire Fighter. | Garry's Mod | 2 days | Ended 15 May 2023 | |

| 1.6, 3.4, 3.15 - User rammed a police car for no reason in order to interfere with an arrest over a 5y jail sentence, ignored gunpoint from the police officer and overall failed to perserve his liberty. Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
