Bans from Disc-FF (SourceBans TF2), in force first, newest first
Banned	Reason, in the list's words	Where	Length	State
20 Jan 2016	CheatingAimbot. Permaban. Demo recorded. I did not witness them killing anyone, but if you watch the demo you can see them snapping between heads instantly. That and the chat records, also in the demo, have them pretty much admitting to it.	Team Fortress 2	Permanent	In force

Every ban on Disc-FF (SourceBans TF2)

Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
