| Spam' Instigating issues. ' User was previously banned on the Surf server for mic spam. After his ban was lifted, he returned to the server and was doing fine for quite a while. Eventually, the server degraded into a majority of the users mic spamming, so a short /mute @all was initiated to stop it. In chat, the user in question kept instigating the mute, saying I was abusing and I had no right to mute the server, even though I gave multiple written warnings that the mic spam was breaking the rules. After the user was warned multiple times to drop the issue, he was permanently banned from the server. | Team Fortress 2 | Permanent | In force | |
| Toxicity' Disrespectful item renaming ' | Team Fortress 2 | 1 hour | Ended 20 Sept 2015 |

Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
