| 5.1- User after watching someone get Gun pointed out of their vehicle at Subs Storage, took their gun and gave it to nearby new players therefore mugging them in public, the individual is experienced enough to know not to do this, evidenced by the fact they reference mugging rules in the exact same situation. // Accepted action request https://perpheads.com/threads/action-request-2004-honda-civic-accord-a123.66749/ | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Ended 17 Feb 2025 | |

| 3.4 - User ran into an active shootout while restrained which resulted in him dying. | Garry's Mod | 7 days | Ended 4 Jan 2025 | |
| 2.5 - User decided to blow up several fuel cans at bazaar for no reason. Claiming it was to take away DNA from his friends body, so he needed 3 bombs to do that. | 2.5, 3.4 - Ran over a police officer intentionally. Claimed initially that it was because they were in the road, despite it being bright and the officer being stood next to their vehicle which had its lights and sirens activated making them very visible. Admitted it was because he had beef with the officer due to them having hit their vehicle previously, user did not know whether or not this was an accident however running over the officer was a disproportionate reaction. | Garry's Mod | 7 days | Ended 13 Jul 2024 | |

The player being broken out was only being arrested for a minor crime, hence, the user put their liberty at risk without a justifiable reason. User failed to investigate the situation and was even told by the player in handcuffs that they were NOT 10 toes. | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Ended 30 Apr 2024 | |
| RDM2.5 - RDM. User as an officer shot an unarmed person, which he thought was the shooter. Could be avoided if he investigated more. // Banned for Enforcer Kevko | Garry's Mod | 7 days | Ended 27 Apr 2024 | |

| 2.5 - Intentionally running over someone | Garry's Mod | 3 days | Ended 28 Sept 2023 |
Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
