Was then told via radio that they needed to return to PD as they were being arrested for having failed to aid a person in need. Failed to do so, ultimately failing to follow the law and said that I could 'suck [his] balls' down the radio - also breaking character. He was subsequently demoted, and as he was being detained, he broke character and ran onto the highway in spite of such a minute crime. He continued to run around the highway while being gunpointed by multiple officers, and then when he was finally stopped he continued to break character.
