| Met this guy in the RUGC Minecraft server. Was looking to buy Saints Row 3 DLC and he said he could buy it for me. Since he was a relatively new account, he didn't have instant game trading so he said he could gift it to me after I give him the refined. I told him I wouldn't go first since he has a young account and decided I'd give him 1 ref first and then after he gifted me the DLC I would give him the rest. After I give him the ref he messages me on Steam saying it'll take a couple seconds before I can get it. Then a few hours pass and I'm still on his friends list. Then he just now blocks me. He also keeps changing his name probably thinking that can help him cover his tracks. Each list published its own bans, and every reason is in its words. Mizan copies other lists' bans as published and enforces none of them; its own anti-cheat for Garry's Mod servers judges players separately. Think a ban is wrong?
