Rather than making a report immediately the user decided to resort to breaking the rules themselves by attacking the player with a shovel directly next to a Police Officer, not stopping when they were then being beaten with an ASP Baton. Whilst the report was being actively addressed and responded to after the fact, the player said to them at City Storage that their "butt smells good", with the user then deciding to pull out a Remington 870 Short and kill the player, rather than seeking assistance in the open report.
