They purposefully ran another player over infront of the PD, going out of their way to aim at them, running them down. When I confronted them about this, they claimed they had a "game freeze", however they were driving around perfectly fine \(despite the clear recklessness of their driving style\). Upon reviewing their demo, I found that this was a blatant lie and they did, like described, run the player over on purpose. They also repeatedly went AFK while on their job as Road Crew worker.
