"1.6, 2.2, 3.2, 3.20 - The player went around Main Street, near both City Hall and the Police Department, spamming through his microphone. When asked to stop by staff, he continued to do so. In addition, the user failed to reply to the staff-created report and instead disconnected from the server to avoid the staff situation.
