During the chase, I used my nightstick on the user multiple times with no result. Additionally, during the chase, the user stated ' I have no money, I want to die' multiple times. As I then took the user to a roof to talk to him about his actions he said the reason he ran was because he had no money to pay the ticket, after I checked his money it turned out he had $76.000 in his bank account and lied to me about it.
