Despite this the user continued up the steps into City Hall and as soon as they walked through the front door, they witnessed someone get shot and killed. Instead of turning around and running away, the user stood there and watched as a shootout ensued between a Secret Service Agent and a raider. The Secret Service Agent told the user to put their hands up and instead of complying, the user began backing away. Another raider jumped down from the balcony and killed the Secret Service Agent; the user still did not react. A second Secret Service Agent came in and killed the raider, and told the user to put their hands up. The user ran into the Library and slowly backed up the steps while at gunpoint, not complying with the Secret Service Agent's continued orders.
