- 16 March 2026, Perpheads (staff decision): "1.6, 2.5, 4.1 - The user, as Secret Service, released a suspect without cause and handcuffed another player for no reason, allowing the suspect to hit that player with his fists. He then ran over the handcuffed player, rendering them unconscious. Instead of providing aid or calling for EMS, he drove away, subsequently running over two other players without provocation. He later returned to check on the unconscious body; upon seeing the player had a weak pulse, he drew his nightstick and struck the body, killing the player.
