- 9 July 2014, Perpheads (staff decision): Exploiting. "Was driving very slow on a highway, then the cop tried to drive past him he blocked the cop and braked infront of him so the cop crashed. Lied and said that he drove slow becuse his car was broken. Also took "revange" on the cop and crashed right into him when he was parked.". Garry's Mod. Ended 29 October 2026.
- 6 June 2014, Perpheads (staff decision): "As Lieutenant he killed a man that was armed with a FAMAS then instead of destroying the weapon he first hid it under the stairs, He further moved it behind slums so no one could find it. \(Breaking 4.3 Perform duties\) Afterwards he started recklessly driving around the city as a policeman. Putting his lights and sirens on to avoid traffic lights. Trespassing onto properties for no reason. When we questioned him about the FAMAS he tried to lie to us 4 times changing his story everytime we pushed him. He eventually admitted to putting the weapon there so that he could take it later on. - 24 May 2014, Perpheads (staff decision): Ban evasion, Spam. "3.4, 3.3, 1.1 - Spammed the IC chat with, "No comment" and, "Pft" when being arrested. Ran away while at gunpoint and was being sarcastic and tried to ban evade. \(majorly minor\)". Garry's Mod. Ended 27 May 2014.
