The user also towed cars for parking infringements without first seeking authorisation from an LEO and was also towing cars that had no reason to be towed. The user did not impound the cars they did tow, only so as to inconvenience the owners of said vehicles. The user clearly has no intention to roleplay properly - long ban due to recently coming off a three-month ban for near the exact same reasoning as well as a slew of previous bans and warnings for minging.".
