- 22 November 2024, Perpheads (staff decision): Hate speech. "1.2 \| User used racial slurs towards another player". Garry's Mod. Expired 22 December 2024.
- 17 November 2023, Perpheads (staff decision): "1.6, 2.5, 3.4, 3.22, 4.8 - User was walking around Bazaar with a Benelli M3 Super 90 on their back, where other players were just vibing and letting off confetti cannons not aimed at the user at all. The user then decided to walk behind the group and shoot one of the players in the back, citing in the report that the confetti cannons was a "shootout" and there were "multiple rule breaks happening at the time" when there clearly wasn't. The user then, as a Courier, deliberately ran over two players at the Bazaar Rear Parking Lot, citing that they were "playing a vehicle physics prank and intending to stop right in front of them" when there was absolutely no attempt to brake whatsoever. The user then went on the wrong side of the highway near City Bridge in order to run over two players, which is the only rule break they readily admitted to and were honest on.". Garry's Mod.
