Official Instructions (Garry's Mod) decides its own bans, and Mizan doesn't change what its list says. Ask Official Instructions (Garry's Mod) to lift a ban; Mizan marks it as ended the next time it reads the list. If they have lifted it and Mizan still shows it, or Mizan read it wrongly, [read how to dispute a ban](https://mizan.ac/disputes). ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"@type":"ListItem","position":1,"name":"Home","item":"https://mizan.ac/"},{"@type":"ListItem","position":2,"name":"Communities","item":"https://mizan.ac/communities"},{"@type":"ListItem","position":3,"name":"Official Instructions (Garry's Mod)","item":"https://mizan.ac/communities/official-instructions"}]} ```
